    Everyday flowers: Same-day orders are often available if placed before [insert cutoff time].

    Weddings & events: We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance.

    Mums/garters: The sooner the better! We encourage ordering at least 2–3 weeks before homecoming.

  • Can I customize my order?

  • What happens if a certain flower is unavailable?

    We do our best to use your preferred flowers, but if something is unavailable, we’ll substitute with the closest match in color and style to ensure your arrangement is beautiful.

  • Do you offer sympathy arrangements for funerals?

    Yes, we design casket sprays, standing sprays, baskets, and more. We work closely with families to create meaningful tributes.

  • Do you require a deposit for weddings or large events?

    Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
